ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: THE SOUTH 280 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 480 FEET OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR SHEPHERD ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE.
and commonly known as: 4719 SHEPHERD RD, LAKELAND, FL 33811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on APRIL 9, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
