NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002143000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff and KRISTY M. ALEXANDER A/K/A KRISTY A. ALEXANDER; KIMBERLY A. DUNCAN A/K/A KIMBERLY M. DUNCAN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-13SL ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TMTS SERIES 2005-13SL; AQUA FINANCE INC.; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of MARCH, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 OF LAKE MARIANA HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
