NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001511000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BLUEWATER INVESTMENT TRUST 2017-1, is Plaintiff, and ANDREW D. DOWLER A/K/A ANDREW DAVID DOWLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF POLK AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 6146 AT PAGE 373 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOW.
LOT 26, THE NORTH 86.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 946.0 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 191.5 FEET THEREOF. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES ACROSS THE WEST 7.5 FEET THEREOF.
