Rangel, Jr. a/k/a Anthony Rangel , Rachel B. Draker, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, W.S. Badcock Corporation, Anthony M. Rangel Jr. ,, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 12th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, TEMPLE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
