NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-004056 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit, in and for POLK County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and DALE T. SELF, LAURA M. SELF, W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, LAKE WALES HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A LAKE WALES MEDICAL CENTER, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on May 7, 2019, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in POLK County, Florida, to wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 17; thence North 89 Degrees 56'11” East along the North line of said Section 17 a distance of 40.00 feet to the West right of way line of Walk-In-Water Road; thence South 00 Degrees 11'44” East along said right of way line a distance of 549.47' to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said right of way South 00 Degrees 11'44” East a distance of 490.00 feet; thence North 89 Degrees 49'58” East a distance of 400.00 feet; thence North 00 Degrees 11'44” West a distance of 490.00 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 49'58” West a distance of 400.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; being proposed Lots 5 and 6 of WALK-IN-WATER ROAD SUBDIVISION, lying in Section 17, Township 30 South, Range 29 East, Polk County, Florida.
Now Described as:
Lots 5 and 6 of WALK-IN-WATER ROAD SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 50, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Together with that certain mobile home(s) situated thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
