Unit No. A-101, PLANTATION HOMES, a Condominium, Phase I, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 1645, Pages 2198 through 2248, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with any and all appurtenances thereto according to said Declaration, and subject to all other reservations, restrictions and easements of record, and taxes for the current year.
