YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a quiet title action has been filed for the real property located at 506 Gordonia Road, Naples, Florida 34108 more particularly described as:
Lot 6, Block Z of Pine Ridge Extension, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 51 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and
A portion of Lot 5, Block Z of Pine Ridge Extension, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 51, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
From a Point of Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5, run Southerly for 20.00 feet along the rear line of said lot 5; thence run Westerly 394 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 5; thence run Northeasterly for 400.81 feet along the Northerly line of said Lot 5, to the Point of Beginning. (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).
and you are required to serve a copy of your written objections, if any, to it on Carlo F. Zampogna, Esq., of the law firm of Zampogna Flores, PLLC, 1112 Goodlette Road N., #204, Naples, Florida 34102, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before the 7th day of March, 2019; otherwise an ORDER may be entered granting said quiet title action.
