NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-000209 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY as Trustee for GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11, is the Plaintiff and Holly K. Carlin, Bank of America, NA, Country Chase of Central Florida Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 19th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, COUNTRY CHASE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
