NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7 day of February, 2019, in Civil Action No. 18-CA-1264, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which 5704 WOODMERE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, SEAN A. O'NEILL, SEAN R. O'NEILL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendants, and WOODMERE LAKE CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day March, 2019, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT E-203, OF WOODMERE LAKE CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1186, PAGES 789 THROUGH 845, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS: 5704 WOODMERE LAKE CIRCLE #203, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112.
