NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-002230-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS, OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC4, is Plaintiff and RICHARD L. LICARE; VAJEANA LICARE; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC., AS ASSIGNEE OF HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A.; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC.; NAPLES HMA LLC DBA PHYSICIANS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER-COLLIER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, HALLENDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
