NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-1676 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein MELALEUCA VILLAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF CAROL M. NIESS is the Defendant, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 7th day of March, 2019, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 15, Melaleuca Village, Group A, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 350, Page 411-476, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Final Judgment, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
