NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Feb. 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002130 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4, is Plaintiff, and DEVON LOWE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of March, 2019. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 5391, UNIT 89, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 149 THROUGH 161, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
