HOGAN A/K/A GARY HOGAN are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101, HARBOR PLACE VISTAS, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3532, PAGES 4568 TO 4646, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
