NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb 6, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-003918 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES ACQUISITION TRUST 2017-HB1, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and BARBARA A. ENGLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA A. ENGLAND; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 8, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
