NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb. 6, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-004684 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2017-7 MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2017-7 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL SLOCHOWSKY A/K/A MICHAEL J. SLOCHOWSKY; VIRGINIA SLOCHOWSKY; CORAL LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 8, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
