NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-001736 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-QS15 is the Plaintiff and Kathryn Butler; Kathryn Butler, as Trustee under The Gulf Shore Land Trust dated the 27th day of January, 2006; Unknown Beneficiaries of The Gulf Shore Land Trust dated the 27th day of January, 2006; Derek Runion, as Trustee for The Gulf Shore Land Trust; Kathy Kellum, as Trustee for Asset Acquisitions & Holdings Trust, dated May 27th, 2011 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 2, BLOCK K, OF CORONADO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
