NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 15, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 006283 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff, and MIECZYSLAW DOBRZENIECKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIECZYSLAW DOBRZENIECKI N/K/A BOZENA DOBRZENIECKI; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ANN KEY; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A BRITT MATT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 439, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
