AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and JULIE A. COUSINS A/K/A JULIE COUSINS; MALIK D. R. COUSINS A/K/A MALIK D. COUSINS A/K/A MILIK D. R. COUSINS are the Defendant(s).
