NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2018 and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-001645 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Indenture Trustee For Newcastle Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Marlene Roman, Reyes Roman, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Tristan Boudreaux, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
