NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 522018CA005358XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE AFC MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1999-2, Plaintiff, and BERNICE STONEBERG; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT NINE (9), BLOCK TWENTY-SIX (26), FIFTH ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
