NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 31, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-006187-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MARIA ELENA FRENCH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2 BUILDING 2 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE VILLAS AT COUNTRY SIDE. A CONDOMINIUM. PHASE III. AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 46 THROUGH 48. INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTURE DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5031, PAGE 1311, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
