NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18-001175-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ, LLC, is Plaintiff and SOTIRIOS A. KAKALIS, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10 A.M. on the 3rd day of April 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
