NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 31, 2019,, and entered in Case No. 17-003329-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF DALLIE MORIARTY A/K/A DALLIE V. MORIARTY, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Northeasterly five (5) feet of Lot 13, all of Lot 14, and the Southwesterly five (5) feet of Lot 15, Block 9, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 17 and 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
