NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-004388 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and Andrea Buley, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 23, BLOCK A, BEVERLY HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
