NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in 17-004091-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JANICE HUDSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
