NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in 17-003392-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRIL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; JOSHUA M. BROEKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA M. BROEKER N/K/A CHRISTINA BROEKER are the Defendant(s). UNIT D-1411, BUILDING 14, PHASE IV, HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA., AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6133, PAGES 2313 ET SEQ, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RFECRDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERERTO.
