Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 18-9408-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT/LOT NO. 395 OF CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA, NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (THE “PLOT PLAN”) OF THE DECLARATION OF MASTER FORM OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8736, PAGE 1265, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHTS IN THE COOPERATIVE PROPERTY APPURTENANT THE MEMORANDUM OF OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8736, PAGE 2230, INCLUDING PINELLAS COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS THE ARTICLES AND BYLAWS OF THE COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, AND SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, WHETHER OR NOT RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, OR MAINTAINED AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, TOGETHER WITH SUCH MOBILE HOME(S) WHICH HAVE BEEN PLACED UPON SAID COOPERATIVE PARCEL, AND AFFIXED TO THE REAL PROPERTY ONE 1973 CHEVROLET, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 343, TITLE NUMBER 5759001.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 22, 2019. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
