AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 1810 NEBRASKA AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2013; DANIELLE GALLA ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MICHAEL ANDERSON are the Defendant(s).
