NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2019, and entered in 18-000980-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DAVID SMITH; JACQUELINE SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 20, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
