NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Imperial Park Owners Association, Inc., entered on the 8th day of February, 2019, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 14, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 216, IMPERIAL PARK UNIT 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 62, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 2083 Envoy Court, Clearwater, Florida 33764 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
