NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-006219-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Gerald R. Darr, Regions Bank, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 56, 57 AND 58 OF GULF BREEZE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
