NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA001981XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank successor by merger with Regions Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Shirley Thompson f/k/a Shirley G. Sweadner a/k/a Shirley Sweadner; Unknown Spouse of Shirley Thompson f/k/a Shirley G. Sweadner a/k/a Shirley Sweadner; Matthew Sweadner; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, MARSHALL MANOR 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
