NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 522018CA003639XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2004-NC1 is the Plaintiff and Luchana M. Lodson a/k/a Luchana M. Ladson; Unknown Spouse of Luchana M. Lodson a/k/a Luchana M. Ladson; Britney M. Turney; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Unknown Spouse of Britney M. Turney are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4 AND 5, W.S. MERRELL'S REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
