NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-011354-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and Shakella Daonarine, Unknown Party #2 NKA Lorraine Harpaul, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Arati Harpaul, Maudehelen Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 19th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
