NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of February, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18000114CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7CB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE LAWRENCE DILLENBECK, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE DILLENBECK; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; EDGEWATER VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LARRY VOLWILER; LORI VOLWILER; TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 224, EDGEWATER VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 463 AT PAGE 980 ET SEQ, AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 467, PAGE 258 ET SEQ, AND SECOND AMENDMENT RECORDED O.R. BOOK 540, PAGE 1191, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
