NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002265 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust as Owner Trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust III, is Plaintiff and GUETTELINE LAURORE; et al., are Defendant(s).
I, Angelina M. Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on March 19, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
