NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 2009CA001678 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM1 is the Plaintiff and James D Potter; Unknown Spouse of James D. Potter; Citibank, N.A., a National Banking Association; Rachael C. Potter are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, thence East 270 ft. for a Point of Beginning; thence East 225 ft; thence South 641ft; thence West 225 ft; thence North 641 ft to the Point of Beginning; LESS Right-of-way for Rutland Road; The above lying and being in Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
