NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 04, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001122AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-WL2, is Plaintiff, and JACK BOSTOCK A/K/A JACK A. BOSTOCK A/K/A JACK BOSTOCK, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All of Lot 48 and the North 1/2 of Lot 49, ALANDALE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 85, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
