Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 11, 2018 in the above styled cause, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block 116, MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 32-37, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 a.m., on March 14, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
