NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 08, 2019, and entered in 2018CA001012000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7N is the Plaintiff and DONALD R. LIEDER A/K/A DONALD LIEDER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DORIS J LIEDER A/K/A DORIS LIEDER, DECEASED; DEAN ELDON KATZ are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
