NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2018 in the above action, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Polk, Florida, on April 9, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 14 of GROVEGLEN SOUTH, as shown in Plat Book 97, Page 13 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, less and except road right of way
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
