NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-3583 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida a 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2942, Building 29, of TERRACE VI AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3449, page 2459, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
