NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-3498 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of March, 2019 at the Collier County Courthouse Lobby, Third Floor Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 202, Building 06 of Lake Barrington 4C, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3128, Page 2614, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, subject to the rules and regulations of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records Book 3128, Page 2614, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
