NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000381-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR MSCC HELOC TRUST 2007-1 , Plaintiff, and, BRIAN NELSON, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of March, 2019, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
