NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000159 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ADALBERTO C. VILA; YANELIS SEGURA; VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
