NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019, and entered in 11-2016-CA-000395-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-12 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and UV CITE IV, LLC; HECTOR FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HECTOR FERNANDEZ; THE MARINER OF MARCO ISLAND, INC. F/K/A THE MARINER APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
