YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 11202, THE SANCTUARY AT BLUE HERON, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3150, Pages 2582 through 2671, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902-1507 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Collier County, Florida.
