NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002405 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, for the certificateholders of the Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Prime Mortgage Trust, Certificates Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Maria Isabel De Armas a/k/a Maria De Armas, Naples Winterpark VII, Inc., Regions Bank, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank , are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 4002, NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1421, PAGES 431 THROUGH 521, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
