NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Disburse from Registry dated February 8, 2019 in Case No. 18-CC-4687 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and MARY S. DRAGONETTE, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on March 14, 2019. Foreclosure Auctions will be held
online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
