NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2019 in Case No. 18-CC-004164 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein FOREST
LAKE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and ASHLEY MELTON, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on March 15, 2019. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
